Stoneridge Resort has 146 condominiums, a 24,000 square foot recreation center, a park with picnic pavilion, a state of the art mini golf course, and tennis courts.  It sits on approximately 11 acres of land, like an island in the middle of a planned unit community.  StoneRidge Golf Course and StoneRidge Grill are located within this community,

Over 5400 families own deeded weeks of timeshare at Stoneridge Resort, the majority of them live within a 50 mile radius of the resort.  Although Stoneridge is a timeshare resort, it offers nightly rental of condominiums to the public. 

Stoneridge Resort is affiliated with the two nationally recognized exchange companies, Resort Condominiums International, which has rated Stoneridge as a Silver Crown Resort, and Interval International.

Stoneridge Resort is independently run by a non-profit owners association board of managers.  It was developed in 1979 and became its own entity, apart from the developer in 1983.  The Board of Managers are comprised of 7 elected volunteer owners of the association.
