Stoneridge Resort has entered into an agreement with Cunningham Realty to host the resale program.  As part of that program, Deanne Fultz, Stoneridge Reservations Manager, became an Idaho Real Estate Licensee and her license is under Cunningham Realty’s Brokerage.  We are ready, willing and able to assist buyers and sellers onsite.  This new service will be an enhancement by providing one stop shopping to buyers and sellers.  Please call or email Deanne with any Stoneridge timeshare resale needs.
