Thirty First Annual Meeting Announced

The thirty first annual meeting of the SRCCOA, Inc. will be held Saturday, September 10, 2011 at 10:30am in the Recreation Center gym. Check in time will be from 10:00am - 10:30am. Board members and staff will be present to answer questions. A no host BBQ will be held after the meeting. Members who wish to participate in the BBQ or attend the meeting may RSVP on their proxy.

At the 2011 Annual Meeting, two Board Positions will be open for 3 year terms, terminating in 2014. Nominations for the Board should be submitted to the Nominating Committee via Cindy Thomas by July 7th, 2011 or by filing a petition with the Secretary of the Association by July 12, 2011, at least sixty (60) days prior to the Annual Meeting. (You may do both if desired.) A petition must be signed by four or more owners, and signed by the nominee names therein, indicating his/her willingness to serve as a member of the Board of Managers, if elected. A nominee must be an owner at Stoneridge Resort. No nominations will be taken from the floor. Candidates who wish to go before the Nominating Committee should expect to meet with the Nominating Committee-Sometime around July 11-15th, 2011. Board candidate profiles will be mailed during the first weeks of August 2011. A proposed Agenda will be mailed with the Proxy information. Any proposed additions to the agenda must be submitted to the Board or to Cindy Thomas, Resort Manager, by August 11, 2011. Your vote at the Annual Meeting is Important! Remember to send your signed proxy.
