May 31-2019 Stoneridge has been made aware of telemarketers inviting local timeshare owners to an in-person presentation at a Spokane hotel. If you receive a call, they might claim they are with "your resort" or RCI, Interval International (II) and even ARDA, American Resort Development Association. Please be advised that they are not affiliated with us, nor do they appear to be affiliated with these organizations. There is a consumer advisory about them on ARDA's website. (See link below.)

We want to be clear that we do make outbound calls all the time for many reasons. If we ever allow an outside company to help us with a project, we would advise you first. So, if you do receive a call from Stoneridge, the caller ID would show Stoneridge's phone number and not an outside number. In order to avoid any further confusion, feel free to verify directly with us and contact us directly at 208-437-2451

Stoneridge Announces Interior and Exterior Renovations and New Lodge and West Tower

Stoneridge Resort has undergone a complete exterior renovation along with an interior refurbishment of all of its condominiums. In 2024, we replaced first and second floor exterior balconies and balcony decks. A fresh new lodge look and interior appointments such a granite counters, ledgestone wall accents, tile backsplashes, and lodge décor. Stoneridge held its Grand Opening of their new Lodge Tower featuring a gorgeous Registration Office, Marketplace, covered BBQ porch, media room, new ADA suites, with the star of the show huge being the huge elevators and grand staircases that connect adjoining buildings together. This project was proudly funded by the non-profit owners association. The concept and design earned the project to be an award finalist at the American Resort Development Association's Industry Awards.
