Studio
Our unique, well planned studio unit provides a quaint retreat. Studios accommodate four with a Queen-size bed and Queen-size Sofa Sleeper. They average 367 sq ft. These sweet condominiums are quite adequate for a condo experience but be forewarned that they are studio units. They are perfect for a family get-a-way, a golf or couple's retreat or simply a place for a single person to get away from it all.
Small One Bedroom
Our unique, well planned small one-bedroom units provide a quaint retreat. These condominiums accommodate four with a Queen sized bed and King sized Sofa Sleeper and one bathroom. They average 512 sq ft. These condominiums are perfect for a family get-a-way, a golf or couple's retreat or simply a place to get away from it all.
Large One Bedroom
Our unique, well planned large one-bedroom units provide a quaint retreat. These condominiums accommodate four with a King sized bed and Queen sized Sofa Sleeper and one bathroom. They average 650 sq ft and are all located on the third floor with easy access via elevator. (Some large one bedroom units have a shared balcony.) These condominiums are quite adequate for a condo experience.
Two Bedroom
Our unique, well planned two bedroom units provide a quaint retreat. These condominiums accommodate six with One King-sized and one Queen-sized bed and Queen-size sofa sleeper and one bathroom. They vary from 784 sq ft to 957 sq ft and are located on the first, second and third floors with easy access via elevator. (However, out of 150 condominiums, only five are two bedrooms so they are not often available.) They are perfect for a family get-a-way, a golf or couple's retreat or simply a place to get away from it all.
